6. Do I need a consultation before applying?
Yes. A consultation allows us to:

7. Is the consultation fee refundable?
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as professional time, assessment, and analysis are provided during the consultation.
However, if you retain our services within two (2) weeks of the consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your total professional fees. In such cases, the consultation fee is effectively waived.
8. How long does the immigration process take?
Processing times vary depending on:

We provide realistic timelines but cannot guarantee outcomes or speeds.

9. How are your fees structured?
Fees depend on the type and complexity of the application. All professional fees are explained clearly before you decide to proceed.
10. Are government fees included?
Government fees, biometric fees, medical exams, language tests, and third-party costs are separate and paid directly to the relevant authorities.

11. Will you prepare and submit my application?
Yes. We assist with:

12. Do you guarantee approval?
No. No immigration representative can guarantee approval. Final decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Communication & Support
13. How will I receive updates?
We communicate via email, phone, or scheduled meetings. Clients are informed when updates are received from IRCC.
14. Can you communicate with IRCC on my behalf?
Yes, once a valid Use of Representative form is submitted.
Confidentiality & Ethics
15. Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All client information is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and professional ethical standards.
16. What if my situation changes after submission?
You must inform us immediately. Changes such as marital status, employment, or travel history can affect your application and must be disclosed.
