Service Scope

What Is Included — and What Is Not

An application review is a limited-scope professional service. It is not a replacement for full application representation.

What’s Included

  • One review session of the selected duration
  • Examination of materials covered by the agreed scope
  • Identification of potential inconsistencies and concerns
  • Discussion of relevant eligibility or document issues
  • Practical verbal feedback and suggested next steps

What’s Not Included

  • Rewriting forms, explanation letters or supporting documents
  • Ongoing email support or repeated document reviews
  • Application submission on the client’s behalf
  • Acting as the applicant’s representative before IRCC under this review-only service
  • Preparation of missing application materials
  • Guarantees of completeness, invitation, approval or faster processing
Important: The review is based on the information and documents supplied within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee identification of every possible issue. You remain responsible for correcting and submitting your own application. The terms of the professional review will be documented before the service begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Application Review FAQs

Do I need to prepare my application before booking?

Yes. This service is designed for applicants with substantially completed forms and assembled supporting documents. It does not include preparing an application from the beginning.

Will Brookside submit the application for me?

No. Application submission is not included in the review-only service. You remain responsible for making corrections and submitting your application. Full representation is available separately.

Can an application review guarantee approval?

No. A review can identify potential issues within the agreed scope, but it cannot guarantee that every issue will be detected or that IRCC will approve the application.

Are the advertised review prices inclusive of tax?

No. The listed review fees are $249, $299 and $499 CAD, plus applicable taxes. Any additional services outside the review scope would require a separate agreement.

Can my review fee be credited toward full representation?

Yes. If you retain Brookside Immigration Inc. for full representation of the reviewed application within 14 calendar days of the review, the full review fee will be credited toward the agreed professional fee, subject to the applicable written service agreement.
