Express Entry — Two-Phase Representation Profile creation and permanent residence application after an ITA
Express Entry representation is divided into two separate phases. You may start with profile creation. The permanent residence application phase follows only if an Invitation to Apply (ITA) is received and you proceed with representation.
Phase 1
Express Entry Profile Creation
This phase covers:
- Initial eligibility assessment
- Review of supported CRS improvement opportunities
- Document review
- Express Entry profile preparation
- Profile submission to IRCC within the agreed scope
Phase 2
Permanent Residence Application (e-APR)
Following an ITA, representation for one principal applicant includes:
- Supporting document verification
- Employment history and document review
- Police certificate requirements review
- Application form preparation
- Final application review and submission to IRCC
Additional Family Members — Phase 2
| Additional Applicant | Additional Fee (CAD) |
|---|---|
| Spouse or Common-Law Partner | +$1,000 |
| Each Dependent Child | +$250 |
Important: Phase 1 profile submission does not guarantee an ITA. Phase 2 is a separate service and is not included automatically in the Phase 1 fee.
Additional family member charges apply to Phase 2. All published professional fees exclude applicable GST, government fees and third-party expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Immigration Services and Fees FAQs
Are your published professional fees fixed prices?
No. The published fees are starting prices. The final professional fee depends on case complexity, immigration history, documents, number of applicants and agreed services. A written quote and service agreement will explain the applicable fees.
Can my consultation fee be credited toward an application?
Yes. If you retain Brookside Immigration Inc. for application representation within 14 calendar days of your consultation, the full consultation fee will be credited toward the agreed professional fee, subject to the applicable service agreement.
How much does Express Entry representation cost?
Express Entry profile creation is $750. If an Invitation to Apply is received, Phase 2 permanent residence representation starts at $2,200 for one principal applicant. Phase 2 additional fees are $1,000 for a spouse or common-law partner and $250 for each dependent child. The two phases are separate services.
Does Express Entry profile creation guarantee an ITA?
No. Profile creation or submission does not guarantee an Invitation to Apply or permanent residence. The responsible Canadian authorities determine invitations and final decisions.
Do professional fees include government fees?
No. Government charges, applicable GST and third-party costs such as biometrics, medical examinations, translations and police certificates are additional.
What are your consultation fees?
A 20-minute phone consultation costs $36.75 CAD. A 30-minute virtual or in-person consultation costs $52.50 CAD. A 60-minute consultation for refusals, PFLs or reconsideration costs $105 CAD. Check the booking page for final payable amounts and availability.
Will additional family members increase professional fees?
They may. Additional applicants can increase documentation and application work. The final quote will identify the applicants included and any additional professional fees.
Are immigration consulting fees refundable?
Refunds depend on the service agreement, services performed and relevant professional obligations. Review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before payment or signing.
Can I apply without hiring an immigration consultant?
Yes. You may prepare and submit your own application. Hiring a representative is optional and does not guarantee approval or faster processing.
